Hello everyone,

This is the first attempt at starting a series where you can learn about our clan through the back door ( or as I call it Meta-Meta-Meta). If you know how top decks will adapt to changes in the environment you can anticipate the holes those changes open up. A good example of this is all those new shiny dueling cards in Coils that make older cards suddenly playable. Limited Control Dueling will make a lot of decks think attachments are really not the best way to go since steel on steel awaits the one guy who escapes. That does make paragons a lot better against a general field and turns Compassion of the Unicorn from good to needed.

But that's just one example,

What I was wondering is if you know a player who is well versed in deck theory and the environment would you recommend they write an article in this series? Or know someone we should be asking to write one?

Thanks for thinking about it,

I can think of a few.

See if you Americans can learn anything from the European style of play :P

I'm surprised more players don't study this. Understanding more styles of play (and deck designs) unlocks much more potential in a player.

Note: I am American :)
